If you use the GPS time clock or geofencing features, we collect precise location data when you clock in and out of job sites. Location data is used solely for time tracking, attendance verification, and job site geofence alerts. You can disable location sharing at any time through your device settings.
Photos and Media
When you upload photos through the field gallery, we store the images along with metadata such as the date taken, GPS coordinates (if available), and associated project information.
Usage Data
We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, browser type, device type, IP address, and access timestamps.

- Service providers: We use trusted third-party services for cloud hosting, email delivery, and AI-assisted features. These providers are bound by strict data processing agreements.
